Spring Gardens Nursery is a family run pick your own farm on the foot of the South Downs, with a farm shop selling local produce and a café. In the summer you can PYO strawberries, cherries, plums, tayberries, blackcurrants, asparagus, sweetcorn, potatoes, broad beans and many more. The café serves up coffee using Cast Iron Coffee Roasters coffee beans hand-roasted in Sussex, delicious breakfast and lunch options and a range of homemade cakes. There is outdoor seating, or you can sit inside their beautifully decorated greenhouse.

Kinsbrook Vineyard is a relatively new vineyard on the outskirts of West Chiltington, which has recently started serving up coffee, cakes and snacks from its horsebox café. With stunning views across the vines, its the perfect spot to stop for a coffee mid cycle ride, or to try one of their debut wines.

The Old Workshop Café is located at Sullington Manor Farm, just outside the village of Storrington. It is set in a beautiful location at the base of the South Downs and there are plenty of walks around the area to enjoy. The café typically offers a smaller menu of fresh, local and seasonal produce and changes regularly so there is always something new to try! The café is typically open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer, and drops to a few weekends a month during the winter month but best to check their website/ social media first.
